Scope of works

• Excavate for mini piles and ground beams as the site was on uneven ground
• Install concrete floor beams system to form floors
• Construct single story side extension to mirror that of the existing building with a link between the 2 sections
• Install truss roof over extension and re-roof existing roof with new tiles
• Form flat roof and finish with Sika Sarnafil
• Form soundproof metal partition walls to create individual rooms
• Install UPVC windows throughout new and existing with aluminum front entrance doors
• Suspend ceilings throughout
• Electrical installations throughout including LED lighting and network system with data points
• L1 Fire alarm system
• Re-circulating pump on demand hot water
• Plastering and insulation to current regulations
• Disabled toilets
• Oak veneered fire doors with architectural ironmongery
• Complete decoration of the building
• Safety flooring throughout by Polyflor
• External paving, tarmac car park including line marking
