A completely new venture for an upcoming veterinary group, the first practice of many based in Lymm.

The existing building was previously a pet’s hotel, and we were challenged with converting this into a 3 consult state of the art veterinary practice.

Scope of works

• Construction of new entrance porch with glass balustrading
• New external windows and doors
• Form soundproof timber partition walls to create individual rooms
• Suspend ceilings throughout
• Electrical installations throughout including LED lighting and network system with data points
• L1 Fire alarm system
• Plastering and insulation to current regulations
• Disabled toilet
• Light grey oak veneered fire doors with architectural ironmongery
• Complete decoration of the building
• Installation of Howdens high gloss cabinetry throughout
• Safety flooring throughout by Polyflor
• External landscaping and tarmac car park

• Formation of X-ray room incorporating lead-lined walls and specialist lead-lined door sets
• Bespoke reception counter and pharmacy cabinetry
• Installation of stainless steel and glass kennelling throughout the dog and cat wards
• Air conditioning system throughout with heat recovery ventilation system by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
