Alterations to the Cheshire FA headquarters to enhance accessibility and facilities, including new accessible toilets and showers, a commercial kitchen with an external servery, and retrofit shower cubicles in existing changing rooms.

Scope of Works:

• Removal of existing fixtures and fittings in changing rooms.
• Demolition of block walls and creation of new door openings.
• Installation of a new window for a sliding servery hatch.
• Alterations to power and fire alarm systems.
• LED lighting upgrade and installation of internal fire doors.
• Installation of Doc M toilet and shower packs.
• External paving and drainage work.
• Decoration of all newly modified areas.
