External & internal refurbishment of the church Hough Construction have carried out many previous projects for the church to satisfaction and were the favoured contractor for this project. The church knew that Hough Construction would carry out first class workmanship whilst being respectful to the church & it’s parishioners.

Scope of works

• Erect designed scaffold internally and externally to allow for safety of workmen and congregation
• Rake out all mortar joints and acid clean all brickwork
• Decoration of external barge boards, fascias and soffits
• Replace rainwater goods
• Insulate and plaster internal ceilings
• Complete decoration of the church
• Upgrade lighting to LED and add emergency lighting system
• Installation of new carpet finishes

• Re-pointed using Lime mortar
• Dulux heritage paint finishes
• Floor finishes to allow for the heavy usage
